Fresh Strawberry Cupcakes with Strawberry Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients
  1. 1 white cake (mix or homemade)
  2. 1 cup of strawberries, diced
  3. 1 drop of red food coloring
  4. 1 stick of butter, softened
  5. 3 ounces of cream cheese, softened
  6. 4 cups of powdered sugar
  7. 1 cup of strawberries, diced
  8. whole strawberries, garnish
