Ingredients

1. For the cookie dough :
2. 2 cups plus 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
3. ½ tsp baking soda
4. ½ tsp salt
5. 12 tbsp unsalted butter, melted and cooled until warm
6. 1 cup brown sugar, packed
7. ½ cup granulated sugar
8. 1 large egg plus 1 egg yolk
9. 2 tsp vanilla extract
10. 1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
11. For assembly:
12. 1 cookie dough recipe, at room temperature
13. 8 graham cracker squares, broken into halves
14. 4 marshmallows, snipped in half lengthwise
15. 1 full-size Hershey’s bar, divided between each of the prospective cookies
