This is Betsy’s twist on the new stuffed avocado craze — bacon! I can
see how it would add a lovely crunch and texture to the soft and warm
avocado. Perfect! Plus, bacon is really good. So that helps. I wonder
what else you could put in there? Roasted red peppers? Maybe top if off
with some chopped tomatoes? This just keeps getting better and better!
