The best surprise cupcake, EVER! I can just imagine taking a bite out of
one of these pop-rock stuffed cupcakes. The key would be to make sure
nobody knew what was inside! Hehe. I think these would be a real hit for
a Fourth of July party, but you could also do them in a different color
and theme for just about any celebration. The kids would especially get
